Dr. Suzel M. Vazquez, an experienced internist and endocrinologist, has been in private practice for over twenty years in South Florida. She is triple board certified in internal medicine, bariatric medicine and anti-aging medicine.
Dr. Vazquez earned her medical degree from the University of Oviendo in Oviendo, Spain and the University Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic. She completed he studies in internal medicine from Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, New York, and later attended Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York for a fellowship in endocrinology, where she dedicated her time to conduct research in Osteoporosis of post-menopausal women at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, New York, a division of Stonybrook University.
Dr. Vazquez has received several awards of excellence from the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce and an Award of Appreciation from the Liga Contra El Cancer in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Vasquez is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, The American College of Physicians and other professional organizations.

Hormone Replacement Therapy $1,600
This package will be available for both men and women. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a treatment used to replace hormones that your body is no longer producing. The hormones that need replacing are estrogen and progesterone. Hormone replacement therapy can improve your quality of life and keep you young.
The package will consist of an initial consultation with Dr. Suzel Vazquez. Then, based on the initial consultation, Dr. Vazquez would recommend the required testing. Once the patient has had the testing done, they would come in and see Dr. Vazquez for a full assessment. They will also have 1 visit with the nutrionist so she can evaluate their nutritional needs. A month later, they will have a follow up consultation with Dr. Vazquez and then follow up with her every 3-4 months.
Weight Loss 12 week program $1,900
This package is designed for the patient that is interested in a safe and effective program to lose weight.
The package will consist of an initial consultation with Dr. Suzel Vazquez. Then, based on the initial consultation, Dr. Vazquez would recommend the required testing. Once the patient has performed the suggested testing they would come in for a full assessment. The final step will be to see the nutrionist so she can evaluate their nutritional needs. They would have 4 visits with the nutrionist. The final step would be a follow up consultation with Dr. Vazquez.
Detoxification Program $475
This is a great package to detoxify your system.
You will have an initial consultation with Dr. Vazquez and then have 2 visits with the nutrionist. Testing is offered an additional cost.
MesoGlow $500
As we age the level of Hyaluronic acid which is a major component of skin, antioxidant vitamins, mineral and microcirculation of the skin diminish, resulting in visual appearance of aging and dehydrated skin. MesoGlow is the mesotherapeutic infusion the combination of Hyaluronic acid, highly concentrated vitamins and minerals into the skin. This has rejuvenating and rehydrating effects.
It is extremely safe and provides great results. The treatment is combined with a peel and a facial.
Mesotherapy/ Body (Charges vary by area)
Mesotherapy is a medical specialty that involves injecting microscopic quantities of natural extracts, homeopathic agents, pharmaceuticals and vitamins into the skin.
