When I first thought about breast augmentation I started to research the methods that doctors used, and the results achieved by the surgery. I researched four years and had a hard time finding a desirable finished look. I wore padded bras of different cup size to find out what size looked good with my shoulders, hips, and general body shape. As I did this, I kept looking at the results that other women had from their surgery. I wanted a very natural look with the slope to the breast, not round like a balloon. I saw the results of one of Dr. Salomon's patients right after she had her surgery. I revisited her at 6 monnths later, and again one year later to be sure that all the natural processes have happened to create a natural look. I was so impressed with the whole process and the result that I went and spoke with Dr. Salomon. I was pleasently surprised with his honesty and personal care concerning the surgery. He was very concerned with giving me the natural look that I wanted. He was truthful about the pros and cons of the surgery. The process he used left almost no scar and it's not where anyone can see it ( in the the fold of the arm pit). The feel and the look of my breast are wonderful. Even without a top on people never guess I had surgery. This surgery has made a huge difference in my life. It has given me more self-confidence. I truly feel proud and wonderful when I look in the mirror. My clothes fit better than ever. I am not top heavy. I am just balanced and looking and feeling great.

When Dr. Jhonny Salomon talked to me about the Thermage procedure I became quite excited because I am one for anything that is non-invasive. I guess I am somewhat of a scaredy cat.I absolutely saw an instant difference in my face after the procedure. That continued through out the months to come. There was definitely a tightenss and firmness that occured with my skin. My friends and family saw a dramatic difference also. I know that it took years off my age and many people commented on the way I looked at my 40th highschool reunion. It definitely has played a part in helping me with my confidence level and I look foward to having it again.
