	Dear Dr. Salomon, When I first thought about breast augmentation I started to research the methods that doctors used, and the results achieved by the surgery. I researched four years and had a hard time finding a desirable finished look. I wore padded bras of different cup size to find out what size looked good with my shoulders, hips, and general body shape. As I did this, I kept looking at the results that other women had from their surgery. I wanted a very natural look with the slope to the breast, not round like a balloon. I saw the results of one of Dr. Salomon's patients right after she had her surgery. I revisited her at 6 monnths later, and again one year later to be sure that all the natural processes have happened to create a natural look.
